Today im filling out lease information and contracts and things for my new apartment, then i've got to send it all in with a $368 check. my folks are helping me for a little while until i get on my feet. instead of paying the full $465 a months i'll be paying $275, which is completely doable unless i have to stop serving at Sticky Fingers. which leads me to. . .
i went to the doc yesterday in chickamauga. he said i had what they call "dropfoot". dropfoot is what it sounds like- instead of walking heal-toe, you foot just goes straight down, therefore you walk slightly funny. the weird part is drop foot is usually associated with hysterectomy's and stomache surguries and things like that. over the phone he said to another doctor "yeah! it's really pretty neat, just too bad for her". im a medical marvel!
im sitting her at my parents home waiting on my laundry to finish so i can have clean underwear and pants for my trip to new jersey. whoo! i've had a ridiculously wonderful last 5 minutes and i have
a)had a big chocolate chip cookie
and
b)played with kittens
cookies and kittens. i beg you to top that.
i have finals tomorrow and then thursday we leave for our 13-15 hour drive to new jersey. i might update before we leave as for some reason i've been actually active on this thing recently. if not- wish me luck!
